Job summary

Wlgroup is offering a relocation-based role to support the NATO-5 visa program for work in Norfolk, Virginia. The role involves developing capability products, coordinating with agencies and nations, and shaping doctrine and validation processes.

You will capture and analyse requirements at all levels, develop the doctrinal corpus, and coordinate across development lines while organizing workshops and conferences with international partners. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of operational knowledge of electromagnetic operations or warfare at tactical/joint level.
• At least two of the last ten years in a complex programme or project management environment.
• Two of the last ten years in a multinational defence organisation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting development of capability products under the alliance governance model.
• Supporting the programme director and project coordinators with agencies and nations.
• Capturing, analysing and tracing requirements at every level.
• Developing and reviewing doctrinal corpus — policies, doctrine, directives, concepts of operation.
• Coordinating across development lines and proposing action when conflicts arise.
• Organising workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Collaborating with national and international organisations and academia.
• Maintaining programme status information and supporting capability validation.
• Identifying lessons and best practice and disseminating them.
