Job summary

emagine is seeking a Technical Lead for Network Engineering focused on the Campus LAN product to ensure seamless operations and effective incident management. You will coordinate Network Engineers and oversee RUN tasks, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst IOS/IOS-XE.

The role requires strong incident management, ITIL familiarity, and leadership in a multinational, 100% remote environment. English fluency is required; German is a plus. B2B contract.

Qualifications

• CCNA or CCNP Enterprise certification is required or equivalent.
• Lancom LCSP certification is required or equivalent.
• Strong incident management experience with hands-on operational background.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and coordinate tasks among Network Engineers in the Campus LAN area.
• Oversee RUN operations including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Catalyst IOS/IOS-XE.
• Act as the technical lead for major incidents, including 24/7 on-call support.
