Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Campaign Analytics Specialist to join our Business Services Center of Excellence and support the Campaign Analytics team in delivering marketing communications.

You will prepare, configure and maintain campaigns using SAS Customer Intelligence, SAS Enterprise Guide and Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Journey Optimizer, while creating audience segments and collaborating with analytics and business teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in marketing analytics, campaign management, or CRM analytics.
• Experience with SAS CI/SAS EG or Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience in marketing data analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to interpret data and translate analytical findings into business recommendations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Polish.
• Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain campaigns using SAS CI, SAS EG, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create customer segments and define target groups for marketing and communication activities.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams on campaign planning, implementation, and optimization.
• Prepare, validate and analyze data used in the execution of marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Ensure high data quality, maintain documentation, and comply with standards and processes.
