Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Calypso Developer to support the implementation, testing, integration and maintenance of financial systems in a 100% remote role in Poland.

You will collaborate with implementation teams, discuss business requirements, prepare technical documentation, and assist during system deployment. The ideal candidate has hands-on Calypso development experience, strong Java and SQL skills, and familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, and common application servers

Responsibilities

• Report errors and incidents.
• Participate in discussions on business requirements, functionality, and system integrations.
• Support deployment and commissioning of systems built with IT solutions.
• Present system functionalities to stakeholders.
• Define and update technical documentation for computer systems.
• Support automation, integration, configuration and standardization processes.
• Prepare test cases and test scenarios.
• Record and document test results.
• Execute manual tests based on scenarios.

About the Role

We are looking for a Calypso Developer to support the implementation, testing, integration, and maintenance of financial systems. The role involves collaboration with implementation teams, participation in discussions regarding business requirements and technical solutions, preparation of technical documentation, execution of testing activities, and support during system deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge support and assistance to teams implementing new functionalities
• Perform application testing to verify that developed solutions work as designed and are free of defects
• Report identified errors and incidents
• Participate in discussions regarding business requirements, functionality implementation, system integrations, proposed solutions, and technologies
• Support the deployment and commissioning of systems developed using designed information technologies
• Present system functionalities and explain their operation to stakeholders
• Define, maintain, and update technical documentation for computer systems
• Support automation, integration, configuration, and standardization processes
• Prepare test cases and test scenarios
• Record and document test results
• Execute manual tests based on test scenarios
• Report detected defects and testing outcomes

Requirements

• Functional understanding of asset classes, including Front Office, Back Office, Accounting, Settlements, and related areas
• Hands-on experience in Calypso development
• Strong Java skills
• Strong SQL skills
• Practical experience with Calypso APIs and customization
• Experience with Spring framework
• Experience with Hibernate framework
• Experience with application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, or Spring Boot
• Experience with MQ, messaging, confirmations, and payment flows
