Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking a Calibration Technician to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of instrumentation and measuring systems supporting production and development test setups.

The role requires strong attention to quality and adherence to customer requirements. You will perform scheduled calibrations, install instrumentation into hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems, and collaborate with Test and Production Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in calibration and instrumentation in manufacturing or aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital pressure gauges, temperature controllers, thermocouples, flow meters, and electronic test systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Proficient in using calibration standards and tools.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled calibrations and verifications of instruments and systems using written procedures.
• Operate and maintain calibration equipment including power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, torque wrenches, load cells, thermo hygrometers and others.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation issues, collaborating with Test and Production Engineering teams.
• Install and integrate instrumentation into hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Analyze test results and adjust equipment to meet design specifications.
• Document calibration activities in compliance with quality and customer requirements.
• Develop calibration procedures for new equipment based on manufacturer guidelines and engineering input.
