Job summary

Woodward, Inc. in Poland seeks a Calibration Technician to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair diverse instrumentation for production and development test systems, ensuring they meet stringent quality and performance standards.

You will perform scheduled calibrations, maintain equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, torque wrenches, flow meters and temperature controllers, document activities per ISO/AS requirements, analyze results, and develop procedures for new gear

Qualifications

• Proven experience in calibration and instrumentation, ideally in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital pressure gauges, temperature controllers, thermocouples, flow meters, and electronic test systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
• Proficiency in using calibration standards and tools.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO/IEC 17025 and MSA.
• Soldering skills, SEP G1 electrical qualifications.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results and adjust equipment to meet design specifications.
• Document calibration activities in compliance with quality and customer requirements.
• Develop calibration procedures for new equipment based on manufacturer guidelines and engineering input.

About the Role:

As a Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for the calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of instrumentation and measuring systems. Your work will directly support our production and development test systems, ensuring they meet stringent quality and performance standards.
