Job summary

Damen Engineering Gdańsk is seeking a Cadmatic Hull Administrator to maintain and continuously improve our CADMATIC Hull environment. You will ensure the right tools, standards, and technical support for engineers to work efficiently.

You will collaborate with designers, IT, and software providers to keep the system running, apply updates, and optimize 3D models and documentation generation.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of CADMATIC Hull.
• Experience in administering, configuring, or working as an advanced user of CADMATIC Hull.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English for technical support communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to collaborate with designers and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the CADMATIC Hull environment to support engineering teams.
• Set up projects, manage user access and permissions.
• Develop libraries, design standards, and documentation templates.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot software issues.
• Install, test, and implement software updates with IT and providers.
• Diagnose issues with 3D models, project data, and docs generation.
• Prepare user guidelines and deliver internal training.
