Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a Regular/Senior Software Developer to design, develop and deliver software for shipbuilding and industrial engineering clients. You will work on CAD-related environments and coordinate development activities within an agile team.

Strong C++/C# skills, CAD knowledge, and experience in agile delivery are essential. Willingness to participate in Hamburg training and travel for short business trips is expected.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in C++ and/or C# development.
• Good understanding of software development processes, including specification, design and implementation.
• Knowledge or practical experience with CAD.
• Experience working in agile software development teams.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to attend a 2-3-week training course in Hamburg and make short, regular business trips to Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Developing customized software solutions based on customer requirements.

• Participating in software specification, design, development and implementation.
• Contributing to decisions regarding software architecture and technical solutions.
• Working closely with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues in an agile and collaborative environment.
• Depending on your experience, taking a more senior role in coordinating development activities and supporting technical decisions.
