Job summary

Altium is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer in Poland to design, develop and optimize both low-level computational code and high-level business logic across our PCB software ecosystem.

You will master algorithms, refine performance, and support existing product lines, with opportunities to work on cross‑platform features and modular, extensible designs. English communication is essential for collaborative work with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficient in C# and Delphi.
• Experience with performance optimization and memory profiling.
• Cross-platform coding and modular design.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and verify both low-level and high-level code to drive Altium products forward.
• Develop cutting-edge algorithms and specifications that form the backbone of software solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for existing source code across multiple products.
