Job summary

Luxoft Kraków is seeking an experienced C++ developer to design, build, and optimize global client connectivity trading systems, including FIX protocol integrations. You will contribute to architecture, deliver high-throughput services, and work with cross-global teams to meet market regulatory changes.

The role emphasizes multithreading, low latency, and scalable infrastructure, with collaboration across analysts, developers, and business stakeholders in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on C++ development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Proven development experience within the financial services/trading domain, including order management systems, the FIX protocol, and order-state handling.
• Experience designing and developing high-performance, highly available, high-throughput, low-latency, high-capacity, transaction-oriented distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of equity trading environments, ideally within a multi-regional or global setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex functional and non-functional concepts clearly to both IT and business stakeholders.
