Job summary

Luxoft seeks an experienced C++ developer to design, implement, and optimize global client connectivity trading systems for a multi-year modernization program. You will work on high-performance, low-latency components in Linux/Unix environments, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders across IT and business units to address market regulatory changes.

The role emphasizes architectural contribution, DevOps evolution, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions in a trading environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on C++ development, including multithreading, data structures, STL, casting, templates, pointers, socket programming, and algorithms.
• Strong programming experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Proven development experience in financial services/trading, including order management systems, FIX protocol, and order-state handling.
• Experience designing high-performance, highly available, low-latency, transaction-oriented distributed systems.
• Good understanding of equity trading environments in a multi-regional/global setting.
• Excellent communication skills for IT and business stakeholders.
