Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects.
• Experience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control and responsibility.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and establish business requirements with product management.
• Develop new product features, focusing on backend.
• Estimate efforts, costs, and capacity for feature implementation.
• Lead code reviews and drive team learning and motivation.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and manage team processes.
