Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a skilled C# Technical Lead for Veeam Backup for Office 365, based in Warsaw or Prague. You will supervise a backend-focused team, translate business requirements into robust features, and drive architectural decisions.

This role offers opportunities to grow technical leadership, with exposure to Azure DevOps, .NET 10, and modern DevOps practices while delivering secure data protection solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .Net, Win API, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience as a team leader in a group of 4-5 developers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, proactive and responsible.
• Excellent communication skills with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations.
• Analyze and establish business requirements with product management.
• Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend.
• Estimate effort and costs for feature implementation.
• Lead code reviews and ensure team motivation and learning.
• Communicate with stakeholders and maintain team processes.
