Job summary

Veeam is seeking a C# Technical Lead for Veeam Backup for Office 365. The role involves supervising a 4–5 person team, driving backend development, and making technical decisions.

You will collaborate with product management to translate business needs into design and deliver features while maintaining high standards. Excellent C#/.NET knowledge, strong leadership, and English proficiency are essential as you coordinate with international teams.

We are looking for a C# Technical Leadfor Veeam Backup for Office 365.

Your tasks will include:

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations
• Analyze and establish business requirements in collaboration with the product management team
• Develop new product features, currently focusing on backend
• Estimate the efforts required for feature implementation, including costs and capacity
• Develop your hard and soft skills together with the team
• Make technical decisions
• Lead and involve others into code reviews
• Ensure work atmosphere inside of the team, team members learning and motivation
• Communicate with the project’s stakeholders
• Establish and review communication and processes inside of the team: prepare and perform regular meetings, planning, daily, retro
