Your key responsibilities
  • Capturing and maintaining opportunities, and projects in the dedicated system
  • Support with the technical implementation in the respective tools
  • Support in pricing, budgeting and forecasting
  • Regular proactive analysis, discussion, evaluation with Engagement Teams around services and projects provided for the clients
  • Preparation of complex settlements
  • Carry out Billing activities such as creation of invoices and handling shipping
  • Creation of interfirm statements
Engagement Management Support for system-related topics of engagement management
  • Support in the system-side initiation of the PACE & AML process
  • Keeping Client Information up to date in dedicated CRM Database
  • Setup Engagement Code
  • Provide process related analysis on ongoing projects (reporting)
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing and sharing best practices
  • Stay connected with the business and functional experts
People Management & team management
  • Build and maintain strong team’s culture
  • Oversee team performance and embed Exceptional Client Service (ECS)
  • Identify training needs and manage team resources for new initiatives
  • Develop service strategies
  • Drive individual development and ensure performance management is in place
Skills and attributes for success
  • You are detail oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex process cases
  • You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality is one of your strong side
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • You are fluent in German language (written and oral)
  • You have a good English knowledge (written and oral)
  • You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Self-educate and seek additional knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
  • Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm
