Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Risk Manager to join the Wealth and Trading team. You will sit in the first line of defence and use analytics to develop growth strategies aligned with risk frameworks.

You will advance risk management procedures to the next level and contribute to shaping finance initiatives. With 3+ years in risk management or consulting, you’ll interpret complex data, review controls, and deliver actionable insights across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operational risk management or management consulting within financial services.
• Ability to interpret and organise complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and methodical approach to work.
• Proven track record of achievement in academic, professional, or sporting competitions.
