Job summary

DGS Diagnostics is seeking a Business Process Partner – PLM to drive PLM process improvements and translate business needs into actionable requirements. You will work with stakeholders, IT, and external partners to enhance ARAS-based PLM processes and support testing, training, and documentation.

The role offers a hybrid work model, with opportunities to influence global PLM practices and participate in international projects while advancing continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive process and system improvements within the PLM area.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to implement improvements.
  • Support projects related to ARAS and PLM processes, including testing and change management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of global PLM processes.
  • Deliver training sessions and maintain process and system documentation.
  • Coordinate selected PLM-related activities and support collaboration across the organization.

Job description

As a Business Process Partner – PLM, you will play an important role in supporting and developing Product Lifecycle Management processes across our global Diagnostics organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the Business Process Owner, you will help ensure that our PLM solutions support business needs in an effective and practical way.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine business understanding with system development and process improvement. You will collaborate with colleagues from manufacturing, R&D, IT, and other functions around the world while contributing to the continuous development of our PLM landscape within ARAS.

What tasks are waiting for you?
  • Identify and drive process and system improvements within the PLM area.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into functional requirements and solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to implement improvements and enhancements.
  • Support projects related to ARAS and PLM processes, including testing and change management activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of global PLM processes and ways of working.
  • Deliver training sessions and maintain process and system documentation.
  • Coordinate selected PLM-related activities and support collaboration across the organization.
It would be great if you:
  • Have 2+ years of experience working with a PLM system; experience with ARAS Innovator will be considered an advantage;
  • Have participated in PLM implementation, deployment, or process improvement initiatives;
  • Have experience within business support, system administration, process coordination, or a similar area;
  • Hold a technical degree within Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, IT, or a related field;
  • Have an interest in business processes, systems, and continuous improvement;
  • Are familiar with concepts such as ECO, ECR, NPI, R&D, and Master Data;
  • Are an analytical and structured problem solver;
  • Communicate effectively and enjoy working with both technical and business stakeholders;
  • Are fluent in spoken and written English, as you will collaborate with international colleagues on a daily basis;
  • Are a proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
