Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking an experienced Business/Functional Analyst to join a banking project in Warsaw. The role blends business analysis with technical translation, backlog management, and tight collaboration with developers, testers, and risk specialists in an Agile delivery model.

You will analyze payments processes, write clear requirements and user stories, support testing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong communication with business, risk, and technology

Qualifications

• Strong IT Business Analysis skills.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements end to end.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
• Programming experience in Python (relatively simple Python).
• Exposure to source code control and management (Git, etc.).
• Exposure to large scale system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform business and functional analysis of requirements related to payments processes.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

What will you do?
