Position: Business Finance Senior Controller

Hiring Manager: Beatrice Romascanu

Location: Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street

Hybrid model (2 days per week from the office)

Main mission

  • Subject Matter Expert and business advisor for E2E P&L of the respective perimeter
  • Adopt and master EPM as NEW Performance Measurement Tool for actual results and forecast, as one version of truth
  • Deliver excellence in analytics and value-add analysis, based on HZR, EPM, DFL
  • Provide financial expertise on all financial models (TRA, SYS, SER), partnering with Solution Controlling team
  • Provide insights & recommendations on business performance, including SFC
  • Support the business into delivering proper financial details and driving the forecasting process adopting the new tool
  • Build strong partnering and collaboration with business based on trust and competence
  • SPOC for Competency Center (CoCE)

Reporting line

  • Reports directly to Zone Performance Leader
  • Reports dotted line to local Country Finance Manager
