TFP Sp. z o. o. ищет специалиста по продажам для формирования нового направления «TFP x AI» с нуля.

Вы будете первым сотрудником отдела продаж, отвечать за привлечение клиентов: рекламные агентства, бренды, медиа-компании, продюсеры и платформы. Ваша задача — переводить потребности клиентов в конкретные производственные решения. У вас будет доступ к ресурсам крупного продакшн-хауса и портфолио проектов в области генеративного ИИ для рекламы, видеопроизводства и гибридных форматов.

Qualifications

• Опыт B2B продаж в рекламной/креативной индустрии и/или медиа.
• Налаженные контакты с рекламными агентствами и крупными клиентами.
• Умение вести переговоры с лицами, принимающими решения.
• Базовое понимание генеративного ИИ и его применений в рекламе и видеопроизводстве.

Responsabilités

• Привлекать новых клиентов: рекламные агентства, бренды, медиа-платформы.
• Вести процесс продаж от первого контакта до закрытия проекта.
• Переводить потребности клиента в конкретные производственные решения.
• Подготавливать предложения совместно с креативной и производственной группами.
• Развивать долгосрочные отношения с клиентами.
• Идентифицировать новые бизнес- возможности и направления применения ИИ.

TFP x AI is a team operating within the TFP production house. We create video content using generative AI: ads, teasers, microdramas, social media content, AI VFX, and hybrid productions combining traditional film with AI. We are looking for someone to build sales for TFP x AI from the ground up, drawing on the resources of a large production house. You will be the first person responsible for sales, with a real influence on how this business area develops.

• Acquiring new clients: advertising agencies, brands, media houses, producers, and platforms.
• Managing the sales process from the first contact to closing the project.
• Translating client needs into specific production solutions.
• Preparing proposals together with the creative and production team.
• Developing long-term client relationships.
• Identifying new business opportunities and areas where AI can address client needs.

Требования

• Solid experience in B2B sales of advertising, creative, production, media, or digital services.
• An established network of contacts at advertising agencies and/or among large clients.
• Experience conducting conversations with decision-makers.
• Very good sales and negotiation skills.
• Independence and responsibility for results.
• At least a basic understanding of generative AI and its applications in advertising and video production.
