x-kom ищет специалиста по созданию видео и анимаций с применением генеративного ИИ. Вам предстоит разрабатывать концепцию, сториборд и финальную анимацию, сочетать AI-материалы с моушн-дизайном, шрифтовыми решениями и съёмочным материалом.

Офис в Варшаве; рабочий график 4 дня в офисе, 1 день удалённо. Требуется опыт создания анимаций, владение After Effects, Photoshop и умение доводить идеи до готового продукта с визуальной согласованностью.

Responsabilités

Задачи

You create video advertising materials—from concept, storyboard and animatic to animation, editing and final post-production. You use generative AI to create images, shots and video sequences. You combine AI-generated materials with motion design, typography, film footage and other graphic elements. You create product animations used, among other things, in digital campaigns, social media and e-commerce activities. You prepare different creative variants for testing and adapt materials to different formats and channels. You also create static materials supporting ongoing marketing activities. You develop repeatable processes, templates and solutions that streamline the production of materials using AI. You collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, Performance and Social Media teams on creating and developing creative materials. You test new AI tools and evaluate their capabilities in terms of quality, usefulness and commercial application.

Требования

You have experience creating animations and video materials and know Adobe After Effects very well. You can independently take a project from the idea and storyboard through to the final animation and post-production. You confidently use generative AI tools to create images and videos. You can maintain visual consistency and continuity between successive shots and combine them into a finished story. You have a good sense of composition, typography, colour and aesthetics. You can not only execute an idea you are given, but also propose your own concept and turn it into an attractive piece of content. You can build short video stories and know how to present a product and advertising message in an engaging way. You work confidently in Photoshop and can also prepare static materials. You have experience delivering projects for real brands—on the company or agency side. You can work from a brief, propose your own solutions and justify your design decisions.

Plenty of scope for video: we are developing video content production, and this role will focus on it.
