About the TeamTikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands‑on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real‑world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

• Lead qualification; Identify relevant sellers for onboarding based on lead lists and own industry research, support merchant acquisition and - once onboarded - first product listings and sales.
• Support outreach activities through email campaigns and calls to book meetings.
• Collaborate with account managers to analyse the category growth opportunities of merchants through data analysis, and continuously improve the operational capabilities and output of merchants on the platform.
• Follow up on product selection and submission for key special campaigns and promotional activities, as well as the tracking and analysis of the post campaign performance.

Job Information

The initial base pay for this position is PLN 5458 per month.
