Overview

Business & Finance Consulting (www.bfconsulting.com), a Swiss consultancy in development finance, is looking for a Business Development Analyst. The new team member will become an integral part of our Business Development Unit and will be involved in working closely with colleagues to prepare detailed offers in response to international tenders and pursue new business opportunities for BFC. BFC offers the possibility to create a meaningful and impactful result in the development finance field on a global level.

  • Location: home-based
  • Input: full-time or part-time (both options are possible)
What you will do
  • Conduct market research and data analysis on financial and various economic sectors of different countries
  • Elaborate competitive expressions of interest and technical offers aimed at unlocking the economic potential of developing countries, in response to invitations to tenders from international development agencies
  • Conduct and facilitate business communication with international partners
Who we need
  • University degree in economics, finance, banking or another related field
  • Knowledge of the financial and banking sectors
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English (required)
  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. French, Russian) (an advantage)
  • Great writing skills
