Job summary

emagine Polska is seeking a Business Continuity & Crisis Management Specialist to strengthen resilience by developing crisis management and business continuity strategies. You will conduct BIAs, maintain BCPs, and train staff on protocols, ensuring continuity of critical functions.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, data analysis, and documentation under ISO 22301 and ITIL. Hybrid work is possible as you collaborate with IT and operations to promote preparedness and a culture of resilience

Qualifications

• Knowledge of risk management frameworks.
• Understanding of BCM lifecycle including risk assessment and recovery strategies.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting.
• Basic expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Experience drafting and updating resilience plans and training materials.
• Hands-on experience with Everbridge for crisis management and incident response.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ISO 22301.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Professional English proficiency in a business context.
