The Business Change Manager will lead the change management workstream of a major transformation program within a multinational pharmaceutical production company. The project involves the transition from two legacy production systems to two target platforms: a new production management system and SAP module integration. The role is critical for ensuring smooth adoption, process retention and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple global sites.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits
- Prepare post-implementation documentation, including procedures, instructions and policies
- Analyse the service catalogue and identify improvement areas
- Manage and further develop the Service Catalogue tool
- Coordinate optimisation activities within the Service Catalogue
- Improve and reorganise operational processes
- Identify and implement initiatives enhancing process efficiency
- Create process documentation for the IT Service Book and oversee the team responsible for it
- Supervise Service Governance activities
- Develop Service Governance documentation, including procedures and process guidelines
- Ensure IT processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and improve operational documentation related to technology changes, integrations and system migrations
Our requirements
- Proven experience in Business Change Management for large-scale ERP or production system transformations
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, ERP systems and manufacturing processes
- Expertise in lift-and-shift migrations, process retention and global rollout strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multinational environments
- Experience designing and delivering training programs and managing LMS platforms
- Familiarity with rapid implementation methodologies and established change frameworks
- Be available for on-site work in Vienna approximately 25% of the time
- Demonstrate excellent command of English and German
- Residing in Poland required
Optional
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industries
- Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certifications
