Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Business Architect to lead strategic, regulatory, and transformation initiatives within the banking sector. The role focuses on designing TOMs, end-to-end processes, and business capabilities, translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Architecture, Operating Model Design, or Business Transformation within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience designing Target Operating Models and end-to-end processes.
• Experience delivering regulatory-driven change and working closely with Risk and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, governance, and controls.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable, and implementable business designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state business architectures
• Assess As-Is processes and operating models and define pragmatic To-Be solutions
• Design and optimise end-to-end banking processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate business strategy and regulatory requirements into processes, capabilities, governance, and controls
• Perform gap and impact assessments and define transition roadmaps from current to target state
• Develop architecture artefacts, including capability maps, process models, and operating model designs
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and support senior stakeholders in key transformation and architecture decisions
