Job Description

The Business Analytics Alignment Manager helps align business intelligence capabilities with sales strategy, regional requirements, and execution.

You will be a strategic partner to regional sellers and sales leadership in EMEA, ensuring that global reporting and analytics tools are aligned with local needs to provide data-driven insights and applicable plans that improve business growth, improve customer engagement, and optimize sales performance.

You will report to Manager, Sales Analytics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Be a primary liaison between the Sales and Analytics teams to ensure understanding on goals, Indicators, and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency through data insights.
  • Translate our needs into analytical requirements and ensure delivery of insights.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports tailored to sales goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
  • Lead analytics projects that support sales campaigns, territory planning, incentive design, and customer segmentation.
  • Present recommendations to regional leadership.
  • Facilitate regular understanding meetings with partners to review available reporting and adjust strategies.
  • Implement process improvements to refine reporting.
  • Advocate for best practices and global alignment in data governance and analytics methodologies.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, information technology or related field
  • Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint
  • Ability to Travel 10%
