Grid Dynamics seeks a Senior Business Analyst / Data Product Owner to join the EMEA data strategy team, owning data products powering analytics, AI, and operations across the region.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements and stories, drive the product lifecycle, ensure governance and GDPR compliance, and manage KPIs, ROI and budget across multi-country markets.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in product management or ownership in data.
• Proven ability to lead a delivery team to ship against scope.
• Excellent communication with executive, technical and non-technical audiences.
• Backlog management, story writing, and acceptance testing at scale.
• Practical understanding of ELT/ETL, event streaming, data modelling, semantic layers, and production operations (SLAs/SLOs).
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, regulatory frameworks, security and AI ethics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Nice to have: medtech/pharma, multi-country matrix org, continuous learning in Data/AI technologies.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Data Product Owner to join the EMEA data strategy and enablement function of a global medical technology company, owning data products that power analytics, AI and operational workflows across the region. In this role, you will work between senior business stakeholders and the quote and tender data engineering team, pulling out and shaping business needs, turning them into technical requirements and developer-ready stories, and leading the team through to delivery of governed, production-ready data products.

Own the data product lifecycle from vision and a 12-24 month outcome-based roadmap through backlog, release, adoption and measurable value. Elicit needs from senior stakeholders, translate them into technical requirements and prioritised epics and stories, lead refinement and planning with clear DoR/DoD, and drive the team to ship against scope. Embed data governance, privacy, security and lifecycle controls into every increment, ensuring GDPR and data residency compliance across multiple markets. Maintain versioned data contracts and semantic layers for cross-domain interoperability, and drive reuse of enterprise data platforms and reference architecture across country markets. Define and track KPIs and OKRs (adoption, time-to-data, data trust, NPS, ROI), run quarterly value reviews, and prepare business cases and inputs for executive and investment board decisions. Lead incident triage, root cause analysis and release and change management, and own the product budget, forecast and ROI reporting to Finance.

Требования

7+ years of experience in product management or ownership, data platforms, analytics or digital strategy, with a track record of taking data products from concept to scaled adoption. Proven ability to manage a delivery team to ship against scope, not only to define requirements. Excellent communication and facilitation skills with executive, technical and non-technical audiences, and a proactive approach to drawing out requirements rather than documenting what is handed over. Expert-level backlog management, story writing, acceptance testing and agile delivery at scale with Scrum or Kanban. Practical understanding of ELT/ETL, event streaming, data modelling, semantic layers and production operations, including SLAs/SLOs and observability. Strong grasp of GDPR, data privacy, regulatory frameworks, security and AI ethics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
