Qualifications

• 2+ years in Business/Process/Automation Analyst roles.
• Experience documenting processes with BPMN and As-Is/To-Be.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, logistics, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify optimization opportunities, supported by data and measurable impact.
• Own automation and digital solution recommendations with benefits, risks, and alternatives.
• Elicit, structure and validate requirements; produce BRDs and user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Advise business units on improvements and guide stakeholders toward automation, analytics, or AI solutions.
• Bridge business and development teams, supporting delivery from analysis to go-live.
• Track value post-implementation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, or elimination, supported by data and measurable impact Own automation and digital solution recommendations, including expected benefits, risks, and alternative approaches Elicit, structure, and validate business requirements with Business Process Owners, producing development-ready documentation such as BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Advise business units by identifying improvement opportunities and guiding stakeholders toward suitable automation, analytics, or AI solutions Evaluate and apply emerging automation, data, and AI technologies to business problems in alignment with architectural and security standards Bridge business and development teams, supporting delivery from analysis through UAT and go-live Support post-implementation value tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

Требования:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Automation Analyst Experience analyzing and documenting business processes, including visual process maps such as BPMN and As-Is / To-Be Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams Ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements and translate them into clear, development-ready documentation Ability to understand business needs, challenge them constructively, and propose feasible, valuable solutions Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, logistics, business, or a related field Fluent English, spoken and written, at an advanced level Будет плюсом: software development or low-code experience, basic understanding of data concepts such as SQL or structured datasets, experience with RPA or workflow automation tools
