Описание: Reckitt develops and provides hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Its Information Technology & Digital function applies technology, data, AI, and GenAI to improve business processes and consumer products globally.

• Deliver effective technology solutions for Marketing Content, Asset Generation, and Content Assessment
• Identify opportunities for new features and agents, with standardization across marketing functions
• Translate complex business needs into structured technology demand and functional specifications
• Partner with Product Managers to refine product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Own backlog quality and ensure user stories are defined, prioritized, and ready for development
• Coordinate between technology engineering teams, platform teams, and business super users to translate requirements and map them to Genesis Global capabilities
• Lead product backlog grooming
• Facilitate workshops and discussions across cross-functional teams
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding
• Support development teams during delivery and ensure correct implementation of requirements
• Lead UAT processes and ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify optimization opportunities
• Drive best practices in business analysis, documentation, and team ways of working
