Job summary

Google Cloud's PACE Intelligence team seeks a data-driven professional to contribute to robust reporting & AI-enabled analytics for a fast-growing sales organization. This role emphasizes translating business needs into scalable data solutions, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and impact across GTM.

You will design data models, warehouses, and dashboards that empower leadership and field teams to drive Cloud growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, or program management.
• Experience with data analysis and structured query language (SQL).
• Experience developing analytical models using spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into robust KPI frameworks that accurately track revenue, consumption, and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution.
• Lead end-to-end business intelligence projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring data solutions deliver high-quality, relevant insights that accelerate Cloud consumption and revenue growth.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights by developing data models, data marts, and automated reporting that provide both leadership and field teams with a clear, accurate picture of business performance.
• Design and build robust data infrastructure- including data pipelines, warehouses, and advanced SQL scripts-to power scalable analytical models and intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
• Develop, test, and maintain AI agents that integrate with existing data pipelines to scale the generation and delivery of actionable business intelligence.
