Job summary

Concentrix in Szczecin is seeking a Business Analyst to collect and analyze large data sets to enable visualization, insights, and data-driven decision-making within the Global - Executive Reporting team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and create reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Zendesk, and Salesforce.

The role requires 1+ year experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English (B2/C1); initial office-based work

Qualifications

• + 1 year of experience with data analysis and preparation, preferably in BPO industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, with strong skills in Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Zendesk, Salesforce.
• Ability to build good relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, changing environment, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Advanced Excel covering Power pivots and Macros.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• English at B2/C1 level.
• Initially, willingness to work from our office in Szczecin.
