Project

You'll be involved in the Worktime project, a modern system developed by Jit to replace a legacy solution that no longer supports dynamically changing business needs. The platform integrates with SAP and holding applications to centralize employee data, streamline timekeeping, and automate monthly billing. It includes a mobile application that enables employees to monitor their schedules, hours worked, and earnings in real time. The system is built on AWS serverless architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency, while addressing complex business and legal rules related to time management.

Expected competencies and knowledge
  • Ability to perform business and technical analysis of requirements in the area of employee and company management
  • Experience in preparing analytical documentation (e.g., "to-be" and "as-is")
  • Proficiency in creating UML diagrams (use case, process diagrams, state diagrams, sequence diagrams)
  • Ability to model processes using BPMN
  • Knowledge of the SCRUM methodology and the ability to manage the project backlog
  • Experience in leading project meetings in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL in the context of analysis and designing technical solutions
  • Experience with Postman for API testing
  • Ability to verify the compliance of delivered solutions with prior analytical documentation
  • Skill in leading project meetings and effectively communicating with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team and manage project requirements from a project-wide perspective

As part of the Jit Team, you'll work on a modern, complex enterprise-class system built with Java and AWS cloud. The system processes working time for tens of thousands of employees monthly, contributing significantly to our client's revenue.
