Job summary

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a Bridge Works Manager for the S17 expressway project in the Izbica - Zamość section in Lublin Voivodeship.

The role involves supervising bridge works, coordinating with inspectors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with design and construction law. The ideal candidate has a higher education in a relevant field, at least 3 years of bridge works management experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.

Qualifications

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Unrestricted construction works authorization in the bridge construction specialty.
• Member of the regional chamber of construction engineers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bridge Works Manager.
• Experience with Design and Build systems is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the execution of bridge works in accordance with construction law and design documentation.
• Cooperation with the site inspector, partial and final acceptance of works from subcontractors, reporting completed stages for acceptance.
• Coordinating and planning the work of employees and subcontractors, participating in negotiations with subcontractors.
• Maintaining technical documentation and correspondence in the bridge construction field.
• Enforcing compliance with OHS regulations and recommendations on site.
• Cost control and optimization.
• Coordinating and settling material deliveries.
• Participating in consultations, technical councils and construction site meetings.
