Job summary

10x Team is seeking a senior branding expert to work 8-20 hours per week on a fully remote basis across the EU/UK. You will review and refine AI-generated branding outputs, ensuring they reflect authentic brand reasoning and practical messaging for scalable AI systems.

Ideal candidates are experienced branding professionals who can draft scenarios from multiple perspectives and provide structured, critical feedback while working independently.

About the Role

10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking knowledgeable branding professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered brand and marketing systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to branding, brand messaging, content creation, and digital brand experiences

• Evaluate AI responses for brand alignment, clarity, and compliance with real-world expectations

• Draft realistic branding scenarios based on your direct professional experience

• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. brand specialist, client, marketing lead, or audience member)

• Identify gaps, weaknesses, or inconsistencies in AI-generated branding content

Rather than conducting traditional branding work, you'll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about branding practices at scale.

• A senior-level branding specialist, strategist, or creative with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

• Experienced in developing, executing, and evaluating brand strategies, messages, and assets

• Skilled at reviewing content for brand consistency, tone, and messaging compliance

• Available for 8-20 hours per week, with prompt availability

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
