Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Polish; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via remote and on-site channels.
• Build relationships with customers and transfer knowledge to internal teams and partners.
• Test products and software; document issues and resolutions.
• Support post-sales activities and product knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with Sales and Partners for trainings and technical bulletins.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues and track resolutions.
