Job summary

Norconsult Poland is seeking a BIM/ICT Coordinator to lead coordination of BIM processes across Danish market projects, collaborating with structural engineers, project managers, BIM specialists and other technical disciplines.

You will ensure digital delivery quality, develop BIM standards, templates, and QA procedures, and support cross-disciplinary coordination on multinational projects in a dynamic Nordic engineering group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination, modelling, or digital project delivery in construction
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards and ICT requirements
• Experience with multidisciplinary building projects and clash detection

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and quality-assure BIM models, technical documentation, drawings, and digital project deliverables throughout all project phases
• Ensure consistency between BIM models, engineering calculations, drawings, and project documentation
• Support multidisciplinary coordination between structural, architectural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines
• Perform clash detection and facilitate the resolution of design conflicts
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, ICT requirements, and project-specific delivery requirements
• Support project teams in implementing BIM processes, workflows, and best practices
• Contribute to the development of BIM standards, templates, and quality assurance procedures
• Manage model reviews and coordinate BIM deliverables across multiple projects
• Collaborate closely with Danish project teams and stakeholders

BIM / ICT Coordinator

As a BIM / ICT Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating BIM processes, ensuring the quality of digital project deliveries, and supporting multidisciplinary collaboration across building projects delivered for the Danish market. Working closely with structural engineers, project managers, BIM specialists, and other technical disciplines, you will help create a reliable digital foundation for efficient project delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, BIM modelling, or digital project delivery within the construction industry
• Proficiency in Revit and Tekla Structures
• Experience working on multidisciplinary building projects, including interdisciplinary coordination and clash detection
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, ICT requirements, and digital delivery processes
• Good understanding of technical documentation, model management, and drawing production
• Knowledge of structural systems, including concrete, steel, timber, masonry, and foundations
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools
• Familiarity with Danish or Nordic design standards
• Experience working on international projects
