Job summary
Sweco Design Center Poland is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join our team. You will draft general arrangements, 3D models, and drawings, and lead BIM workflows using Revit on civil projects and digital twins.
Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years in BIM drafting/modelling, strong English communication, and knowledge of generative design or automation. Hybrid work is available for Poland-based staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of BIM drafting and modelling in engineering or construction.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiar with generative design or optimization.
- Very good English communication, written and spoken.
- Nice to have familiarity with parametric design or digital twin technologies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare general arrangement drawings, 3D models, and detailing for civil structures.
- Collaborate on digital initiatives related to parametric design and digital twins.
- Interpret design/engineering solutions from sketches and concept drawings.
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes for projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows and drive efficiency.
