Job summary

Sweco Design Center Poland is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. You will coordinate BIM/ICT workflows across architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical disciplines, prepare and maintain BIM drawings, and support issue resolution to meet project deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 2–10 years of BIM coordination experience, strong Revit skills, and excellent English communication. We offer hybrid work in Poland and a suite of health, sport and learning benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–10 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and document control processes.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Nice to have: ACC, DIALux, Tekla Structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM/ICT solutions across architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical disciplines.

• Review and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models, identify clashes, verify model quality and support issue resolution.
• Manage model and document exchanges, revisions and issue tracking using BIM platforms, ensuring deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure ICT solutions comply with project specifications and applicable standards.

The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

• Coordinate BIM/ICT solutions across architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical disciplines;

What type of projects you work with:

• Construction and renovation projects in existing buildings.
• Multidisciplinary projects involving ICT infrastructure, digital construction and BIM processes.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• Professional experience in BIM coordination – we are open to candidates with 2 to 10 years of experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, within preparing and coordinating BIM/ICT drawings;
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and document control processes;
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• Good to have: Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), DIALux, Tekla Structures.
