Job summary

GlobalLogic in Krakow, Poland, is seeking a QA Audit SME for Billing to perform build-cycle audits and ensure SOX compliance. You will design comprehensive QA scenarios, run UAT, and validate code changes before release, using SQL and Unix-based validation tools.

The role requires expertise in telecom billing and incident management, with 5–10 years of relevant experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key part of the work.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Incident Management, Telecom Billing, Finance Operations, and Service Delivery.
• Experience in Bill QA Validation, Bill Cycle Management, and Billing Incident Management.

Responsibilities

• Perform the build-cycle audit and provide output for the SOX control for each cycle, ensuring ISO/SOX governance.
• Design QA test scenarios, conduct UAT, perform pre-deployment smoke tests and validate new code builds.
• Use SQL queries, Unix scripts, and validation tools to audit rating engines, system logs, and invoices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional development, support, and audit teams for operational reviews.
