We're looking for a Billing Operations Associate (12-month FTC) to join Swap's Finance team in Poland. This is an operations role at heart: you'll own the processes behind our Shipping billing and customer onboarding, make them run accurately every day, and then make them better. Swap is scaling quickly, and our billing volumes and complexity are growing with us. We need someone exceptionally sharp and process-driven who sees a manual workflow and immediately starts thinking about how to map it, fix it and automate it. You'll sit within the Billing team, working on the live billing cycle while leading the projects that will transform how it works: implementing new billing tools, consolidating data sources and bringing automation and AI into Finance operations. This suits someone from a finance operations, operations analyst, business operations or founder's associate background who is analytical, systems-minded and comfortable getting into the detail. There's no fixed ceiling on scope here, and the role will evolve with your skills as Swap grows.
