Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QC team, drive quality inspections of inbound goods, and ensure timely issue resolution. The role requires strong data analysis, root-cause investigation, and effective team leadership within a fast-paced e-commerce logistics environment.

You will coordinate with warehousing, operations and partners, develop training, and monitor KPIs to improve inspection quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English for local team collaboration.
• Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Quick learner, able to master processes and systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong ethics and execution.
• Good communication and coordination with team.
• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably QC/returns/logistics/e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QC team management: scheduling, attendance, task assignment, on-site coordination.
• Lead inbound goods quality inspection, review results, follow up on non-conformities and returns.
• Handle sampling inspection, verification, and authenticity checks for special items.
• Coordinate with warehousing and operations to resolve quality issues quickly.
• Provide training and guidance to the QC team; improve inspection quality.
• Monitor daily/weekly quality KPIs, identify deviations, implement corrective actions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and drive preventive actions.
• Prepare regular quality reports covering KPIs, audits, risks, and improvements.
