Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian and English (min B2).
• Familiarity with computer hardware construction.
• Knowledge of Windows 8/8.1/10/11 and MS Office 2013/2016/2019.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st Line Telephone Customer Service reports.
• Forward requests to other departments when needed.
• Ensure the quality of communication.
• Register and analyze reports; suggest improvements and optimizations.
• Diagnose problems and attempt solutions.
