Next Job Abroad is seeking a Content Moderator with Dutch and English to join our client in Sofia. You will review user-generated content, apply policies, and act quickly on violations to protect the community.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch.
• B2 or higher English language skill.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable processing sensitive information.
• Ability to defend decisions with clear reasoning.
• Identify patterns to enhance decision-making.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience investigating fraud, spam or inappropriate information is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated back-office information, including potentially disturbing content, and ensure policy compliance.
• Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks.
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation.
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks.
