Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions in Katowice HUB is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Credit Management Specialist with French to manage credit risk, limits, blocked orders, and AR master data for French-speaking markets.

You will support collections, credit policies, SAP/S4HANA systems, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to maintain healthy cash flow. Fluent French and English required; experience in AR and credit management preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience inCredit Management, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Order to Cash.
• Knowledge of French commercial regulations, payment terms, collections, dunning, bad debt, and customer credit risk management.
• Working knowledge of AR processes, including invoicing, cash application, payment allocation, open item management, and month‑end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer credit limits, assess creditworthiness, monitor exposure and risk indicators.
• Review blocked orders and block/unblock customers per credit policies and business priorities.
• Support risk escalation, bad debt prevention, and accurate, compliant credit-related master data.
• Coordinate with credit agencies, insurers, and trade finance partners on credit insurance and related activities.
