Currently we are lookig for Bids & Tenders Specialist responsible for:

• Preparation, completion and maintenance of documentation necessary to participate in tenders
• Responsibility for the preparation and timely placing the offer
• Taking care of the proper flow of tender documents and its subsequent archiving
• Preparation of contracts/annexes/price offers
• Communication with tender departments of public hospitals in Poland
• Verifying the contractual provisions, correspondence regarding proceedings with the hospitals
• Cooperation with the company's internal departments in the handling of proceedings
• High quality tenders database creation
• Ongoing monitoring of results and reacting to changes, including the preparation of mitigation plan

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably in the areas of/law/public procurement/administration
• Experience in working in a similar position (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry / hospital, pharmaceutical wholesaler) is a must
• Knowledge of tender processes and regulations and document management processes

• Fluency in English and Polish
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
• Very good organization of own work, independence, proactivity, great attention to details,
• Focus on delivery - Ability to prioritize under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to constantly improve qualifications and the ability to absorb new information/learn quickly
• Proactive and solution oriented. Strong analytical skills
• Ease of communication in speech and writing
