Responsibilities:
- develop a proposal process with support from specialists such as the Tower Lead, Solution Lead and Solutions Architect,
- synthesise ideas, make recommendations and build team consensus to deliver final proposal documents that meet internal and client requirements,
- devise a winning strategy, including identifying the unique selling points (key differentiators) of Client's sales approach,
- conduct the bid process, particularly in terms of budgets and cost tracking,
- manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders,
- actively participate in the presentation of solutions and proposals during online and onsite client meetings.
Requirements:
- over two years’ experience in bid management for enterprise solutions,
- ability to produce task sheets, checklists, bid plans, statements of work and any other documentation associated with supporting pre-sales processes (e.g. RFI, RFP, RFQ),
- experience in researching, reviewing or writing business proposals,
- experience in the preparation and presentation of budget proposals or recommendations for subsequent budget amendments where appropriate,
- ability to identify and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the bid process,
- ability to work with senior management and stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals,
- fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
