is seeking a Manager Market Segment (beverage) to lead regional growth initiatives from Kozietuły Nowe (Mogielnica). You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, and BU to identify opportunities, monitor trends, and develop market-driven briefs and strategies aimed at expanding the beverage segment and optimizing profitability. Strong Polish/English communication and a degree in business or beverages technology are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in FMCG marketing, preferably B2B, in an internationally operating matrix company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Polish and English.
• Completed degree in business administration or beverages technology or equivalent.
• Dynamic business attitude with strong customer focus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define growth potential for beverage market segment in collaboration with Sales, R&D, and BU.
• Monitor market trends and develop marketing briefs with BU, Application, and Sales teams.
• Identify regional opportunities and develop offerings aligned with market needs.
• Build a robust pipeline of opportunities driving gross sales growth.
• Prepare marketing briefs for growth opportunities from idea to market.
• Support development of B2C/B2B portfolios with BU and local Sales for commercialization.
• Establish a market segment plan to achieve sales value and margins.
• Manage annual financial results and optimize profitability.
• Conduct regional profitability analyses and recommend improvements.
• Identify targeted actions for key customers and regional territory management.
• Develop relationships with customers and coordinate with applications and BU for stage-gate development.
• Prepare client presentations and conduct meetings, including market and product trend briefings.
