Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will uphold ethical, trauma-informed care and collaborate with SLP-BCBAs to support our learners’ growth.

Expect mentorship opportunities, ongoing training, and a strong focus on professional development with a flexible, hybrid schedule and a supportive team. Active BCBA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential and state licensure or eligibility.
• Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
• Experience designing individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Provide mentorship, ongoing training, and supervision as part of clinical growth.
• Collaborate with SLP-BCBAs on co-treat sessions and participate in ethics and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain realistic caseloads and contribute to a supportive, compassionate clinical team.
