Job summary

Lyten is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide daily technical assistance for Battery Systems, acting as the bridge between product development, sales, and service operations.

You will troubleshoot HW, SW, and applications, onboard new customers, support FAT/SAT trainings, and help translate field learnings into product improvements while traveling internationally and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 2+ years relevant work experience in renewable energy field.
• Experience delivering technical support to customers/users.
• Experience working with high voltage power electronics products.
• Knowledge of control systems software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• First line of technical support to customers for HW, SW and application troubleshooting.
• Onboard new customers and transfer knowledge.
• Support FAT/SAT, on-site trainings and commissioning.
• Maintain customer relationships and analyze field data for product improvements.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with Quality and Product teams.
